Oxbow Electric is seeking a skilled, reliable Residential Electrician to join our team in Evansville. Key Responsibilities

• Residential Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in single-family homes and multi-family units.

• New Construction & Remodels: Handle full-service upgrades, rough-ins, and trim-outs according to the latest NEC standards.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain repairs, provide estimates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and "on-the-tool" training for apprentices.

• Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds local codes and safety regulations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience.

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Vanderburgh County Electrical License (Journeyman or Master).

• Reliability: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (you will be operating a company vehicle).

Technical Skills

• Expertise in residential wiring

• Deep understanding of NEC

• Experience with smart home integration, EV charger installations, and panel swaps.

• Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints and schematics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $32+ per hour, based on experience and license level.
