What You'll Do

As a Residential Electrical Install Lead Technician, you will lead residential installation projects while delivering a professional, five-star customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish


• Install electrical systems, panels, fixtures, wiring, and related components safely and efficiently


• Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes


• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project


• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites


• Train and mentor install helpers and junior technicians


• Complete job documentation accurately and on time


• Maintain proper truck inventory and equipment organization


• Work closely with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion

What We're Looking For

• Residential electrical installation experience required


• Leadership experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements


• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in the field


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to lead crews and maintain professionalism under pressure


• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented


• Motivated team player with a strong work ethic


• Valid driver's license required

Safe Driving Record Required

Safety matters to us, our employees, and our customers. Qualified candidates will generally meet the following standards:

• Minimum of 3 years of U.S. driving experience


• No major driving violations within the past 3 years


• No recent pattern of moving violations or preventable accidents
