Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Coordinate: Oversee and coordinate the activities of our serving staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Train and Develop: Mentor new servers on proper techniques and restaurant procedures.
Maintain Standards: Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is always clean and presentable.
Serve with Enthusiasm: Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly with a smile.
Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Assist in Preparation: Help with food preparation and plating, especially desserts and beverages.
Handle Transactions: Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.

Peninsula Golf Course
Welcome to our beautiful 9- hole, Par 33 course. Covering 2,306 yards from the back tees, and four sets of tees on each hole, we offer a challenge for all skill levels. Located a mile north of downtown Long beach, our dog friendly course is set on 55 incredible acres with old growth Firs, Sea Pines, and Rhododendrons, where local wildlife is always around the next corner.
Our full service Pro- shop offers a wide variety of Clubs, PGC apparel,and accessories for purchase. We also have Club and cart rentals available upon request.
