Position Overview:
CRDN of Midsouth is seeking a Lead CSR / Field Service Technician to join our dynamic, positive, and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and confident leading a team. This position plays a vital role in overseeing pack-outs, inventory, field operations, deliveries, and customer satisfaction. As a team leader, you will coordinate on-site services and ensure job success from beginning to end, working closely with Project Managers, CSRs, and homeowners.

Pay Type: Hourly (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Biweekly
Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
On-Call: Some evening/weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
Field Operations & Customer Service
- Lead and manage a team of CSRs in pack-outs, deliveries, and on-site service work
- Oversee pack-out, production, staging, and delivery to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs and pack-outs using appropriate technology (Warehouse Track, FSA)
- Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and contractors
- Prepare paperwork for homeowner signatures and turn in documentation to Production Manager
- Take and upload appropriate job photos (preexisting conditions, room layout, etc.)
- Reinstall and reconnect household items during pack-back and delivery
- Verify manifests and obtain homeowner signature upon job completion
- Attend and participate in daily WIP (Work In Progress) meetings
Leadership & Coordination
- Foster a team-oriented, motivated work environment
- Communicate updates, job changes, or scope expansions to the Project Manager
- Ensure all field staff follow company protocols and quality standards
- Provide on-site training and support to new and current CSR staff
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all field tasks
- Monitor team progress, provide guidance, and proactively solve issues
Technology & Documentation
- Use scanning technology to log contents accurately
- Follow scope of work and update documentation as changes occur
- Submit all job-related paperwork and documentation for internal processing
- Maintain accurate and organized job records in the appropriate platforms
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be comfortable working in homes affected by fire, water, or wind damage
- Must enjoy working with others and leading a team
- Local travel required to job sites
Qualifications:
- Prior management or leadership experience preferred
- 2+ years of field service, customer service, or restoration industry experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Empathetic and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and team members
- Ability to follow detailed directions and motivate others
- Experience with field service software platforms (FSA, Warehouse Track) a plus
