Who We’re Looking For

• Certified: IICRC Water & Mold Certifications required


• Experienced: At least 2 years leading restoration/mitigation projects in the field


• Knowledgeable: Comfortable with psychometrics, moisture mapping, and digital documentation (Dash, MICA, or similar)


• A Strong Communicator: Able to lead a crew and interact professionally with clients


• Ready for Emergencies: Valid driver’s license and willingness to rotate on-call


• Bonus Points: Fire restoration experience and leadership in that area
