$23 – $28 per hour | (based on experience)

Madison Property Restoration is hiring a dependable and experienced Lead Restoration Technician to join our skilled team in McFarland, WI. This is a full-time, hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in restoration work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential and commercial mitigation or restoration projects
• Operate tools and equipment to repair water, fire, or mold-damaged areas
• Maintain detailed job documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and supervisors
• Coordinate job site activities and mentor junior technicians

Must-Have Requirements:

• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of McFarland, WI
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lead on-site work with reliability and professionalism

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Experience in mitigation or restoration work
• IICRC certifications such as WRT (Water Restoration Technician) or AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
