Join the team that keeps a busy Maine market running smoothly, day in and day out. This is a great fit for someone who loves the pace of a market, enjoys mentoring others, and is looking for a next step toward retail leadership.

Keep things running behind the scenes
Oversee inventory receiving, stocking, and storage.
Keep department records accurate, using Rosemont's live inventory system.
Flag inventory or delivery discrepancies to your Retail Manager right away.
Process delivery invoices and paperwork per market policy.
Keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming.
Report safety concerns immediately so they can be resolved fast.

Great communication skills - you can train a new hire and help a customer with equal ease.
A genuine interest in Maine's local food economy, food trends, and the makers behind the products.
A team-first attitude, with a commitment to a respectful, inclusive market for staff and customers alike.
Experience with Catapult or similar inventory management software.

The Work Environment
You'll be on your feet in a lively market filled with groceries, baked goods, produce, prepared foods, and the best of what Maine has to offer. This is a full-time, in-person role at a Rosemont Market location, with a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends (set in coordination with your Store Manager). Expect a busy, energetic environment - plus occasional trainings, meetings, and certifications.
