Job Description - Lead Rigging Installer

Must have theatrical experience or worked live events in the rental and production space. Looking for a strong candidate to provide leadership across all aspects of rigging install.

This role is responsible for the efficiency of its operations and the profitability of the location.

The ideal candidate will ensure brad standard operating procedures and policies.

Ideal Candidate:

· ETC Prodigy Installations

· JR Clancy motorized hoist installations

· Expert in counterweight installations

· Maintain daily reports, time sheets, expense reports, and other required information as needed.

· Coordinate with the project’s General Contractor and other building trades to maintain project workflow and avoid conflicts.

· Perform detailed site inspections to check for any system or component issues and provide detailed reports.

· Perform site surveys to confirm site conditions and measurements.

· Be able to work with different types of skilled labor to include IATSE, Ironworkers, Riggers, and non-skilled labor per project requirements.

Requirements

Looking for a strong candidate to provide leadership across
all aspects of sales, operations, and management

Enforce stringent onsite safety
standards to include OSHA, PPE, and other site-specific requirements

Be able to work with Microsoft
suite of products

Strong communication skills

Must
have live events and/or rental and productions experience
