Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Lead Sales Advisor for a financial planning and wealth management opportunity in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. This role is designed for an experienced financial advisor who enjoys meeting prospective clients, building trust, and helping families make meaningful financial decisions.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Sales Advisor will focus on converting qualified prospects into long-term clients while delivering a consultative, fiduciary-focused planning experience.

Unlike many advisory firms, this role does not require responsibility for prospecting or lead generation. Dedicated marketing and lead development teams generate and schedule qualified appointments on behalf of advisors. Advisors can generally expect approximately 15 to 20 appointments per week.

The Lead Sales Advisor will work closely with planning and service teams to develop recommendations, guide prospects through the decision-making process, and help transition clients into long-term relationships.

ROLE
• Meet with prospective clients and build trusted relationships.
• Deliver financial planning recommendations.
• Convert qualified prospects into long-term client relationships.
• Participate in a consultative, fiduciary-focused planning experience.
• Work closely with planning and service teams to develop recommendations.
• Guide prospects through the financial decision-making process.
• Help transition clients into long-term relationships.

APPOINTMENT SUPPORT
• Dedicated marketing and lead development teams generate and schedule qualified appointments.
• Advisors can generally expect approximately 15 to 20 appointments per week.

COMPENSATION
• Base Compensation: $91,000-$110,000
• Total Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 in the first year
• Total compensation grows beyond the first year.
• A $110,000 base salary is associated with having a CFP.

WORK ARRANGEMENT
• On-site in Buffalo Grove, IL
• Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements
• 3 Years Of Experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Sales Experience REQUIRED
• Financial Planning Experience REQUIRED
• Wealth Management Experience REQUIRED
• Retirement Planning Experience REQUIRED
