We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Screen Printer with experience operating M&R or Workhorse automatic presses to join our production team. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about quality printing, we’d love to hear from you.
Position: Lead Screen Printer – Auto Press Operator
Location: 203 Bella Vista Rd, Vacaville CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate M&R or Workhorse automatic screen printing presses
- Maintain accurate registration, ink consistency, and print quality
- Troubleshoot press or print issues efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance and clean-up of printing equipment
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
- 4+ year experience with M&R or Workhorse automatic screen printing presses
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of plastisol and/or water-based inks a plus
