Lead Servers in our Assisted Living/Healthcare Culinary Department ensure front of the house operations are productive and successful by monitoring and directing the Servers in Frederick Dining Room as well as providing good customer service to residents and guests dining in Frederick Dining Room. 

A Typical Day:

• Observe and ensure all employees are within Bishop Gadsden Dress and Appearance Policy.
• Ensure all sanitation and nutrition practices are followed.
• Responsible for smooth operation of Frederick Dining Room.
• Inspect and monitor completion of side work assignments.
• Plan and conduct service meetings with employees.
• Adhere to all DHEC requirements.
• Assist with training new staff for department.
• Work with management to identify problem areas and work to help correct them as directed.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation among staff and with other operational departments.

Requirements

What We Need In A Candidate:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have at least five years front of house experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is ideal.  
• Pleasant appearance and attitude for daily interaction with residents, families, co-workers, and public.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift (up to 50 lbs +/-).
