Keystone Quality Motors is hiring a Lead Service Advisor (Service Writer) to oversee daily operations in our automotive service department. This key role blends technical knowledge, customer service, and leadership to keep our workflow smooth and our customers well-cared for. What you'll do as a Lead Service Advisor/Writer:

• Set the tone by promoting teamwork, co-leading meetings, and mentoring teammates.
• Deliver friendly, clear communication and guide customers through every step.
• Keep daily operations on track by managing appointments, schedules, and team coordination.
• Partner with technicians to recommend solutions and support repairs.
• Help improve department efficiency by suggesting and implementing process improvements.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and maintain detailed records.
• Meet quality standards and resolve issues quickly.
• Open the service department and keep everything running smoothly throughout the day.
• Work full-time, 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekends and alternating Fridays off after training.
• Travel to Baltimore for training once or twice a year.

Our Ideal Lead Service Advisor/Writer:

• Experienced: 3+ years in automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance preferred, with strong knowledge of service department operations. High school diploma preferred.
• Customer-focused: Delivering exceptional service with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Organized: Skilled at multitasking and managing a fast-paced environment efficiently.
• Leader: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team toward shared goals.
• Growth-minded: Motivated to improve processes, mentor others, and advance within the department.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using service management software and Microsoft Office.

• $50K-$70K/year plus performance bonuses
