Miller’s Services is looking for a Lead Plumbing Service Expert to deliver top-tier service by diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems with precision and care. This role empowers customers to make informed, confident decisions about their home comfort solutions.

What You’ll Do

The Lead Plumbing Service Expert will serve our customers at the highest level. This position will diagnose and repair plumbing issues that lead customer to informed and confident decisions for their home.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• Complete all general plumbing in-home, service and repair calls
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheet

• Over 3 years of experience with residential plumbing codes, coupled with a proven ability to make effective, on-the-spot decisions regarding troubleshooting, diagnostics and ultimate service of the plumbing systems

• 2 years of experience mentoring apprentices through training and skill development
• Developed proven track record in plumbing systems including plumbing components, water heaters, replumbs, fixture replacements, pressure tanks, etc.
• Clean, safe driving record
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
