Job Description - Lead Service Technician

Run service calls and perform maintenance on a wide variety of primarily commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting problem jobs, and service procedures.
Some estimating, and customer relations.
Excellent "people skills" is imperative.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

We are a 50+ year old family-owned business whose clients range from publically traded commercial/industrial entities to small businesses & residences, the mix is about 80% commercial and 20% residential. We work on anything from water cooled chillers & boilers to small residential split systems.
