As a lead service technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of home & some commercial services. You will lead a team of 1 to 3 people. You will also enhance the customer relationship by creating an excellent customer experience. You'll be empowered to exemplify our code of values, earning respect, acting with integrity, and having fun with the work.

Candidates must be professional, personable and detail oriented. A strong "can-do" spirit is a plus!

Job Requirements:

Previous management or leadership role or training is a plus

A smart phone is required

Prior experience in any of our three service categories, labor oriented work, or customer facing position is a plus

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and willingness to work from extension ladders are required

Excellent communication skills are a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
