In addition to duties and responsibilities of a Site Coordinator at assigned site, Lead Site Coordinators will have direct oversight of other school sites as outlined within their supervision group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
In addition to those as outlined for Site Coordinators:
Minimum two years as a Site Coordinator at CISSC
Understanding of leadership skills and strategies
Capacity to do both current site requirements as well as oversight of other sites
Ability to prioritize site work with duties of Lead Site Coordinator
Strategic thinking to support assigned Site Coordinators with problem solving
Accurate, consistent, and timely data entry
Ability to track multiple projects at one time
Effective communication in both positive and challenging situations
Proficient with CISDM
Qualifications: Two years of experience and or one year experience as a Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools. Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated relevant equivalent experience in education, social work or related field. Experience inworking with school-age children. Ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness and ability to effectively communicate with youth. Familiarity with local
health and human service agencies. Flexibility, resourcefulness, enthusiasm and high energy.
