Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership.
- Proven ability to build engaged and autonomous teams that achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong technical background in modern web application development (C#, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.).
- Passion for continuous learning and clear communication in a hybrid environment.
