Lead Software Engineer - SharePoint

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in SharePoint and cloud-based application development. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across SharePoint Online, on-premises SharePoint, Microsoft Azure services, and modern web technologies to support critical business needs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to deliver secure, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

1           Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of solutions built on SharePoint (on-premises and SharePoint Online) and Microsoft Azure.
  


• Build and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern client-side technologies.
  


• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  


• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
  


• Leverage Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and App Services to automate workflows and build cloud-native solutions.
  


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  


• Ensure adherence to best practices in DevOps, security, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  


• 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  


• Strong expertise in:
  




• SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises
  


• SPFx (SharePoint Framework), ReactJS, and TypeScript
  




• Proven experience in Microsoft Azure development, including:
  




• Azure Functions
  


• Azure Logic Apps
  


• Azure App Services
  

 Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
  


• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Power Platform, and Graph API.
  


• Solid programming experience in:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
