What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and install solar panels on rooftops and other structures

• Configure and connect photovoltaic (PV) systems to the power grid

• Interpret site plans and customer needs to ensure efficient installation

• Seal equipment for weatherproofing and compliance

• Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and installation standards

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting as needed

• Support your team and complete other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with PV system installation (preferred)

• Understanding of electrical systems and wiring

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and technical manuals

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops

• Able to kneel, crouch, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods

• Lift and carry 35–45 pounds regularly
