As a Level III / IV Technician, you will continue to build on the strong foundation established in Levels I & II while stepping into more advanced responsibilities, greater independence, and meaningful customer impact.
What You’ll Do
Perform calibration of fixed (stationary) gas detection systems both in-house and on-site at customer facilities
Develop a strong understanding of complete fixed system operations, including alarms, relays, and integrated components such as fan controls, valves, solenoids, and actuators
Interpret and apply technical information from manufacturer manuals for both portable and fixed gas detection systems and control panels
Deliver exceptional customer interaction both in person and over the phone representing Apollo Safety with professionalism and confidence
Travel to customer sites safely and efficiently, managing your time and schedule effectively
Perform independent on-site calibrations and maintenance, while also collaborating with senior technicians on installations and advanced service work
Lead by example while training, mentoring and inspiring junior technicians in the field
Continue your growth by engaging in ongoing learning, including reviewing study materials outside of working hours

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to continuously learn and grow within your role
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Schedule & Expectations
Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary)
Typical work week: 45 - 50 hours, with a commitment to completing started work same day
Participation in an on-call rotation to support emergency service needs for contract customers
Additional compensation may be provided for on-call responsibilities

Technical Background
High School diploma or equivalency is required Two years college or further education preferred Some electrical or electronic study courses completed by a recognized institution
