👩‍🏫 Who You Are:
✔ Passionate about education & personal growth
✔ Eager to learn new concepts and grow professionally
✔ A strong communicator in English (Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a BIG plus!)
✔ Experienced (at least 1 year as a teacher)
✔ Holds an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

📚 What You’ll Do:
🎯 Lead & inspire a team to create an engaging learning environment
👦👧 Work with small groups (ages 0-5) to model successful behaviors
📝 Plan & deliver lessons that nurture curiosity and critical thinking
📈 Conduct performance reviews & progress reports
📖 Stay on top of the latest educational research and participate in ongoing training
