RIAC is a Child Development Center that is dedicated to providing the highest quality education for 2-6 year old's. We believe in providing children with emotional support and a physically safe environment that encourages a love for learning through a variety of play experiences.

Our purpose is to ignite the imagination, arouse the need to know, awaken the creative self, and foster the seeds of self-esteem. We seek to develop commendable character by modeling love, kindness, sharing, compassion, and honesty as a foundation for a life long pattern.

At RIAC Child Development Center our children come first and we believe that our most critical task is to provide a safe and loving environment which is necessary for the child’s well being.  Our purpose is to provide the highest level of care to promote the development of physical, social, emotional, cognitive and intellectual growth that is essential to a child so they will be able to produce and feel good about themselves.  We strive to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.  We provide opportunities and support for the children to understand, acquire, and use verbal and nonverbal means of communicating their thoughts and feelings. RIAC is committed to maintain an open, honest, and cooperative relationship with each child’s family.  We encourage parental involvement in the program to support the child’s relationship within their own family.  We promote quality services and take advantage of opportunities to improve both personal and professional growth and for the benefit of the children and their families.
