Lead Teacher at Reggio Emilia-Inspired Preschool

Jewish Creative Preschool, a progressive, Reggio inspired & intimate community preschool is seeking certified Teachers who are professional, enthusiastic, creative; can provide a warm and nurturing learning environment and are passionate about early childhood education.

Candidates should be caring, friendly and possess an ability to meet the children's social, physical, and emotional needs. Should be flexible, collaborative and comfortable communicating with families and colleagues in a professional manner. We seek to hire educators who will appreciate the uniqueness of each child, encourage problem solving, practice positive behavior guidance and inspire our students to learn through exploration and investigation.

We seek teachers who have an understanding about an emergent curriculum and have experience documenting the learning of children, planning exciting and dynamic curriculum, have knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, and who are committed to growing and learning alongside the children, colleagues and parents.

Job Qualifications:
Must have EEC Teacher certification
References required.

Teaching hours are 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday with additional paid preparation time.
Option for additional afternoon hours for full time employment.

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000
