Relationship & Data Management:

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with scholars and families, serving as a trusted mentor and advocate.

  • Track individual scholar progress toward personal goals and character benchmarks.

  • Participate in weekly culture or grade-level meetings to provide insights and updates on scholar progress and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Deep belief in the potential of every child and a passion for character education and positive school culture.

  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to lead high-impact discussions and routines with scholars.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both adults and scholars.

  • Familiarity with The Essential 55 or a commitment to learning and implementing its principles with fidelity.
