JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Technician is a high-energy professional who is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. Ideally, a qualified candidate will have experience in the different facets; critical in small business: sales, marketing, operations, and service tech, who is an outdoor enthusiasts, and enjoys meeting new people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delegate responsibilities while ensuring high quality execution

Institute and manage a system for handling residential/commercial services

Effectively coordinate and communicate with management throughout the day

Perform work area clean-up & safety related duties

Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control

Train new technicians on equipment, techniques, and safety protocols

Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies, reporting issues to management

Collaborate with management to improve operations and efficiency

Maintain accurate records of jobs, inventory, and equipment

Perform adequate services with the team; window cleaning, pressure wash, gutter cleaning, etc.

Assist with door-to-door sales, and marketing events

Overseeing relationships with customers, realtors, property managers, and other service companies within companies’ target markets to increase sales and measure the return/effectiveness of these activities

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, and time management skills

3+ years of experience leading teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences preferred

2+ years in sales and marketing preferred

2+ years in service tech

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Estimating/follow-up

Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals

Valid driver's license with a crystal clean record

Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
