What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Technician, you'll be the crew’s go-to expert—responsible for:

Driving our service van to job sites

Leading setup and takedown of cleaning operations

Pressure-washing kitchen exhaust hoods and systems

Maintaining equipment and ensuring NFPA 96 compliance

Leading a small overnight team with precision and accountability

What You Bring:

Ø Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ø Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights and on roofs

Ø Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Ø Experience leading crews (preferred, not required)

Ø Willingness to work overnights and outdoors
