 Lead and manage restoration crews in water, fire, and mold mitigation projects

• Ensure top-quality work while providing outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers
• Maintain and operate industry-specific equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
• Document job progress and ensure all work meets company and industry standards
