About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant within Consumer Technology/Enterprise Data & Platforms organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a software release manager/coordinator position (in Core Banking Deposits team) to support critical enterprise programs. This role will oversee, coordinate, and manage the deployment of software releases across multiple environments, ensuring timely execution ensuring production availability and stability as the number one priority.

In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years working in Agile delivery environment, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and defect management
5+ years with Agile using Kanban and/or Scrum, with focus on release planning and coordination of activities for successful production deployments
4+ year's experience acting as a liaison between business, operations, technology, and/or third-party vendor teams to manage technical requirements, testing requirements (functional/end-end testing), and troubleshoot/resolve incidents/issues
4+ year's experience coordinating requirements, testing, release planning & coordination for medium to large scale enterprise initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
Coordinate with business and technology partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
Experience with testing and defect tracking tools such as ALM and JIRA
Experience with supporting highly critical Programs/Initiatives and frequent executive communications
Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, etc.)
Experience tracking milestones, key deliverables, and product/operational metrics
Understanding and Application of AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Devin Deep Wiki) for tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data, while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
