Palmetto Preschool–Market Common is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher to work with children ages 12–30 months in a licensed early learning center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is a full-time position with benefits, structured classrooms, and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Care for and teach toddlers (12–30 months)


• Follow daily routines and curriculum


• Maintain ratios and licensing standards


• Create a safe, nurturing classroom


• Communicate with families and teammates


• Support a team-first, low-drama culture

Qualifications

• 1 year childcare or Associate's Degree in ECE required to be a Lead Teacher


• Experience with toddlers preferred


• Reliable and professional


• Able to meet SC DSS childcare licensing requirements
