Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves educating children, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of each child.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
- Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that accommodates children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in behavior management techniques to effectively address various classroom situations.
- Ability to create engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- A background in caregiving or childcare is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
