Are you ready to turn curiosity into confidence? We’re searching for a warm, energetic Lead Teacher for our two-year olds who’s passionate about early learning and helping little ones reach big milestones.

What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Inspire Growth: Support a fun, engaging classroom where toddlers explore, learn, and thrive.


• Build Bonds: Form meaningful connections with children and families that last well beyond the classroom.


• Set the Tone: Help maintain a clean, positive, and nurturing environment where every child feels at home.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 18 years old


• TCC, CDA or higher credentials in ECE


• One year of experience in a licensed childcare facility (Montessori experience is a bonus!)


• Current CPR and First Aid certifications


• Ability to pass a background check


• Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
