• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the Technician and Assistant team across your clinic to ensure seamless operations.


• Procedure & Standards Development: Collaborate on Medical Procedures and Standards of Care across all Sploot locations.


• Recruitment & Training: Assist in building a team of “rockstars,” plus oversee training to maintain exceptional patient care.


• Lead by Example: Work as the Lead Technician on the clinic floor, setting the bar for best practices and patient-centered care.


• Culture Champion: Promote the Sploot culture by encouraging flexibility, work-life balance, and team support to keep everyone happy and thriving.

• Certification: Current CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT (must have passed the VTNE).


• Experience: At least 3+ years as a veterinary technician in general medicine and/or surgery.


• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams, delegating tasks, and driving accountability.


• Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at teamwork and communication.


• High Standards: A “bar raiser” who actively seeks to elevate the team’s capabilities and patient outcomes.

• Emergency/Urgent Care Experience: Background in ER or urgent care settings.


• Management Certification: Certified Veterinary Clinic Manager licensure (or similar) is a bonus.

• Competitive Pay: $30–$35 per hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays.
