📍 Location: 200 South West Woodbranch Ln., Lake City, Florida 32024

Are you a seasoned early childhood educator ready to lead with purpose and passion? We're looking for a dedicated Lead VPK Teacher who is ready to guide young learners through one of the most important years of their early education journey.

Who We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a collaborative, experienced educator who is passionate about the VPK age group, confident in curriculum implementation, and skilled in leading a team. If you're eager to shape young minds and support a strong classroom community—we want to connect with you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Curriculum Delivery: Implement and enhance a high-quality, engaging VPK curriculum.


• Mentor & Guide: Provide support and leadership to assistant teachers to foster a cohesive classroom.


• Partner with Parents: Communicate student progress and collaborate with families to support success.

What You Bring:

• 18 years or older


• DCF 45 Hours – Completed & Active


• VPK Certified


• Active CDA or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting


• Proven leadership experience in a VPK classroom


• CPR & First Aid Certified


• Must pass a background check

Schedule:

  Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
