About the role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Web Designer to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling digital experiences across our brands and platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX knowledge with leadership, creativity, and attention to detail, while working closely with stakeholders, developers, marketing, and growth teams to deliver high-quality web experiences that support business goals.

You will be responsible for leading the web design process from concept to final delivery, improving existing digital experiences, and helping establish modern design standards, systems, and best practices across projects.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals.


• Update and enhance existing designs to improve user experience and business outcomes.


• Work with tools like Figma (primarily), Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms to achieve project goals.


• Maintain clear organization and structure across all design and working files.


• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.


• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams.


• Conceptualize original website design ideas that simplify complex user journeys and challenges.


• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.


• Prepare design plans and present website structures and concepts to stakeholders.


• Create compelling presentations that visually communicate ideas, strategies, and visions.


• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers, stakeholders, and management.


• Assist in the development and implementation of new brand identities across various digital formats.


• Provide thought leadership on web design best practices and emerging digital trends.


• Revamp or build upon existing digital experiences to support business growth objectives.


• Establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.


• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.


• Develop and maintain robust web style guides for consumer-facing and business-facing products.


• Collaborate with SEO or technical specialists to ensure website structures are SEO-friendly where applicable.


• Stay up to date with emerging design tools, technologies, and trends.


• Manage project timelines effectively and consistently meet deadlines.


• Participate in project planning sessions and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.


• Support and mentor junior designers while helping maintain a high standard of design quality across projects.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Web/UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and website projects.


• Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.


• Ability to translate business and stakeholder requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.


• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, site maps, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.


• Strong understanding of responsive web design, visual hierarchy, usability principles, and modern design trends.


• Ability to execute the full design process from concept through final hand-off to development teams.


• Experience maintaining organized design systems, structured files, and comprehensive style guides.


• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders and management.


• Knowledge of branding and visual identity development across multiple digital formats.


• Familiarity with SEO-friendly website structures and collaboration with technical or SEO specialists when required.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines consistently, and participate in planning and technical discussions.


• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to provide constructive feedback and collaborate across teams.


• Experience leading design initiatives, mentoring designers, or contributing to strategic creative direction is considered a strong advantage.
