While prior experience is not mandatory to begin your leadership journey with us, it is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of Front of House and Drive Thru team members, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality and teamwork.
• Guest Service Excellence: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service by modeling hospitality standards and encouraging team members to do the same.
• Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, including food preparation, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in community initiatives and events, reinforcing our commitment to winning the hearts of our community.
• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and team challenges promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience for all.

Must Have:

• A strong work ethic and a passion for service.
• Coach-able attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
• High initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good communication skills for effective team and guest interactions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work outside in our Drive Thru as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as required.
