3-Year Post-Graduate Development Opportunity

Chick-fil-A is seeking ambitious college graduates for a structured three-year Leadership & Business Development Program, organized into 12-month development segments and designed to provide the real-world experience needed to become a competitive candidate in today’s professional workforce.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive increasing opportunities to learn the business, lead people, manage operations, and impact real business results.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Leading shifts and managing daily operations
• Coaching, developing, and leading a team
• Learning every area of restaurant operations
• Reading and understanding business reports
• Managing labor and productivity
• Understanding food cost and profitability
• Tracking IPO and other key performance metrics
• Marketing and community engagement
• Setting goals, solving problems, and improving results

This isn’t just about learning business concepts—you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, make decisions, and directly impact the numbers, giving you measurable accomplishments and leadership experience to build your resume.

The program is designed for graduates interested in future opportunities with Chick-fil-A Corporate or field staff, as well as careers in management, operations, marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, or other professional fields.

Bachelor’s degree required. Restaurant experience is not required.
