We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cultivating leadership skills, implementing strategic initiatives, and developing high-performance teams. You will play a critical part in identifying leadership potential, driving performance, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing leadership development programs

  • Support training initiatives and workshops for internal teams

  • Identify talent gaps and propose growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with department heads to align leadership strategies with business goals

  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements

  • Facilitate team-building activities and leadership coaching sessions

  • Maintain records and reports related to leadership progress and training outcomes

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership training, talent development, or HR preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and within teams

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office tools
