Reports to: Leadership Programs Manager
Facility: Walnut Creek
Summary:
The Leadership Development Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Leadership Development team by coordinating processes, managing program logistics, and maintaining strong communication with team members, leaders, and various departments. They are detail-oriented and thrive within set guidelines and structures, and demonstrate a strong passion for culture, people development, and team collaboration. This role plays a key part in creating an environment for ProVia’s emerging and established leaders to thrive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Uphold and model ProVia’s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
Responsible for coordinating, communicating, scheduling, and managing all assigned Leadership Development programs and initiatives.
Maintain leadership development data and tracking, such as project tracking, attendance records, and survey feedback using Smartsheet.
Build inter-departmental relationships and support Leadership Development Specialists in applicable projects.
Contribute to team and program improvements by identifying gaps, offering ideas, and supporting the implementation of new projects.
Stay current with industry best practices by attending seminars, workshops, and training to enhance professional development and knowledge.
Perform additional tasks related to the Leadership Development Team as needed.

Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects with strong prioritization skills to ensure follow-through and deadlines are consistently met.

Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools, such as Smartsheet and Outlook, for tracking, reporting, and communication.
Communicates clearly and effectively across various channels, tailoring style to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
Facilitates meetings and discussions effectively, promoting open dialogue, shared understanding, and constructive conflict resolution.
Anticipates the needs of others and responds with professionalism, empathy, and timely support.
Shows commitment to personal and professional growth, proactively seeking opportunities to learn, improve processes, and expand knowledge.
Qualifications:
Resume with one 1-year in project or program administration.
Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel:
Local travel between all Ohio facilities and occasional travel to out of state facilities.
Mileage reimbursement is available for travel outside the normal commute.
