JOB DESCRIPTION: The Leadership Development Program offers an impactful journey into leadership, merging hands-on ministry experience with practical training. Each academic year, we welcome a select group of college students to join our team as staff, working approximately 20 hours per week. This is a dynamic, paid internship with significant responsibility, designed for students eager to develop advanced skills in a meaningful, engaged setting. Applications for the Summer/Fall 2025 term are now open, with interviews starting in February 2025.
