Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This entry-level position is designed to fast-track individuals into leadership roles through hands-on training, mentorship, and project-based learning. You will rotate through key departments, gain insight into business operations, and develop the skills needed to lead effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional training across departments such as operations, marketing, client relations, and project coordination

• Assist department heads in executing strategic initiatives and improving team performance

• Analyze business processes and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization

• Support in developing team-building strategies and leadership workshops

• Shadow senior leaders and participate in executive meetings to gain first-hand leadership experience

• Complete training milestones and assessments throughout the program
