This role supports senior leadership by executing daily kitchen operations, coaching team members, and ensuring consistency in speed, accuracy, and food safety standards.

BOH Team Leader Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Lead and coach team members during shifts
• Assist with training and onboarding new hires
• Maintain speed of service while upholding accuracy
• Open and/or close the kitchen; act as key holder when scheduled
• Monitor prep levels, waste, and product handling
• Communicate clearly with Front of House leadership and senior leaders
• Hold team members accountable with professionalism and care

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lead, coach, and correct in real time
• Strong commitment to food safety and operational excellence
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
