Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Chick-fil-A Knightdale is an exclusive group of individuals who can expect the same level of investment in their professional growth as they pour into their team and the business.

Candidates for our Leadership Team will be expected to:

Expectations for applicants to this position include:

-You are 18+ years of age

-Have completed at least high school level of education

-Have at least one year of relevant leadership experience, or Associates degree or higher in relevant field

-Willing and able to enthusiastically uphold guest expectations of Chick-fil-A service day in, day out
