Position Title: Lean Manufacturing Consultant (6-Month Contract)
Location: On-site at Prescott or Watsonville sites
Duration: Approximately 6 months, starting immediately
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site, 5 days a week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Lean Manufacturing Consultant for a 6-month engagement to lead process optimization and manage complex, high-value equipment installations. The role focuses on executing operational improvements and preparing permanent staff to take over responsibilities as operations stabilize.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce operational waste.

• Identify and address process inefficiencies through proactive gap analysis and solution implementation.

• Oversee the execution of large-scale equipment installations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

• Work closely with site teams to support operational goals and foster collaboration.

• Train and prepare permanent employees for a successful transition of responsibilities by the end of the contract.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level expertise in project management with a focus on hands-on execution.

• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.

• Proven track record in managing high-value equipment installations.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a strong asset for effective communication at Prescott and Watsonville sites.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Engagement Goal:
The consultant will optimize operations, complete equipment installations, and ensure a smooth handoff to permanent staff by the end of the 6-month contract.
