Lean Process Analyst / Manufacturing (Bilingual Japanese & English) - Professional Development Oppor

The Process Analyst plays a crucial role in coordinating and standardizing plant management methods, with a focus on driving improvement. This role involves monitoring the status of all plants and actively working to enhance their performance to meet their objectives. Additionally, the Process Analyst will collect and analyze monthly data submissions to foster a culture of continual improvement.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent of 4 years of work experience in the field.
• Proficiency in LEAN manufacturing methods.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally (up to 20%).

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant efficiency using the PCI Index and analyze discrepancies between targets and actual performance.
• Lead the implementation of standardized control and management methods across all plants.
• Ensure all plants adhere to PCI, OEE, and in-house calculation methods consistently.
• Facilitate efficiency and profitability improvements for all plants and develop strategies for ongoing enhancement.
• Generate monthly PCI status reports for RDMM and SP meetings.
• Provide support for New Model Evaluation as required.
• Contribute to the achievement of business plan objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
