Leapwork Test Scripting Specialist - Hybrid position in Annapolis, MD

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management Systems or a related field.
• Valid Leapwork Test Automation Certification obtained after October 1, 2022.

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• 3 years of Leapwork test scripting.
• Automation testing tools such as Rational Functional Tester, Selenium, Silk Test and Leap Work.

• Accurately document system issues and perform thorough troubleshooting to resolve errors efficiently.
• Interpret and apply test cases to validate both functional workflows and broader business processes.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively in both onsite and virtual team environments.  

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

• Software testing practices, the full system test life cycle, and test documentation.

• Operating systems, software development fundamentals, and basic SQL.

• Web and desktop applications, along with automation techniques such as reusability, sub-flows, and scheduling.

• Reporting, dashboards, and performance troubleshooting.

• Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and process/gap analysis.
