Job Description - Learning and Development Program Specialist

As a Learning and Development Program Specialist within PNC's PNC University organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.

•Analysis process planning and execution leveraging critical thinking and judgment.
•Learning Design knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve learner experience.
•Measurement and Evaluation linking business impact measures to learning objectives, demonstrating the value of learning.

Job Description

Designs, implements, evaluates, and maintains an organization's learning programs or initiatives.
Assist in developing and maintaining program or initiative resources, including task lists, communication plans, facilitator guides, measurement templates, and program portals.
Support the design or implementation of programs or initiatives through the execution of program task lists and other resources by session or initiative.
Ensure the consistent delivery of learning initiatives and programs by partnering with T&D staff, vendors and business partners to develop and maintain up-to-date content and schedule appropriate resources to support program or initiative delivery.
Partner with program or initiative participants to ensure the completion of all required components.

Training And Development - Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies and ability to ensure that a target population has the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.

Training Evaluation - Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques; ability to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program.

Training Needs Analysis - Knowledge of and ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.

Training Programs Management - Knowledge of and ability to design, implement, evaluate and develop an organization,¦s training programs to achieve high business performance.
