Learning and Development Specialist

Department Human Resources Job Summary The Learning and Development Specialist is a talent development professional with instructional design and facilitation experience. Responsibilities include conducting new hire orientation as well as designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning opportunities for Sarasota Memorial Health Care System employees. Required Qualifications - Require bachelor’s degree, master's preferred, preferably in a learning/organizational development, instructional design, adult education, or related discipline. - Require three (3) years of experience in talent development role, classroom learning delivery and facilitation, as well as experience in instructional design following a solution-oriented approach.
