Our Math Learning Center is looking for a self-motivated/starter to support the day-to-day functions of the center and assist the rest of the instructional staff.
Must have prior experience customer service, and office working experience, live in the San Diego area and be able to accommodate afternoon hours Monday - Friday and Saturday morning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open/Close responsibilities of the center
Computer data entry, managing spreadsheets, and printing student materials
Positively interact and engage with parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and taking the time to get the know the families
Answering any inquiries via email, text, phone, or in-person,
Lead follow-up, sales, and marketing activities
Center administrative and cleaning tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent College Graduate
2+ Prior working experience in customer service, retail, and sales
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Proficient with K-8th grade math
PC/Mac, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday and Saturday from 10 AM - 1 PM.
