This role goes beyond traditional course development to create strategic, human-centered learning environments. The Learning Consultant assesses skill gaps, curates content and implements digital-first strategies\u2014such as blended learning, AI-enabled tools, and microlearning\u2014to strengthen capability development and improve organizational performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Needs Assessment: Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.\n * Instructional Design: Create engaging training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions.\n * Facilitation: Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually, and conduct \"train-the-trainer\" sessions.\n * Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using analytics and feedback to drive improvement.\n * Content Management: Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training materials.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.\n * Experience: Usually 3\u20135 years in training, instructional design, or L\u0026D roles.\n * Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and strong project management skills.\n * Travel Requirements: Delivery is remote with up to 30% of travel required.\n\n\n\nCore Competencies\n\n * Strong understanding of adult learning theories.\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n * Ability to blend technology with traditional teaching methods.\n\n\n\nPTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $75,000-$90,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.\n\nActual compensation may vary based on a candidate\u0027s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
