The Learning Coordinator supports the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that accelerate talent development in the Culligan North American Dealer Network. They collaborate with Learning and Development team members to develop engaging learning materials and ensure smooth execution of programs, workshops, courses, and online learning experiences. The role involves managing classroom logistics, providing participant support, tracking participation, utilizing learning management systems, and analyzing feedback to improve program effectiveness. Strong communication, organization, and problemâsolving abilities help the coordinator create a seamless and impactful learning environment.

Target Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
